All net proceeds from this year’s scramble will support Pepine Gives, the philanthropic arm of Pepine Realty. As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, our mission is to create equitable, opportunity-rich communities across Central North Florida.

We invest in working families, seniors, and veterans facing housing insecurity by partnering with Habitat for Humanity to build safe, stable homes—and by providing the tools and resources needed to help them thrive, not just survive.

Through our Healthy Housing, PATH, and New Start Programs, we deliver more than a house—we deliver a complete Pepine Home: a foundation for transformation that empowers individuals, strengthens families, and uplifts entire communities.

At Pepine Gives, one of our core commitments is to partner with Alachua Habitat for Humanity to create lasting change for families in need of stable housing. By December 31, 2032, our goal is to build 10 homes in Central North Florida for families at risk of becoming unhoused or struggling with housing insecurity.

But we don’t stop at building homes. Each family will be welcomed into our Healthy Housing Program, where they’ll receive the tools, resources, and support needed to move beyond crisis—helping them go from simply surviving to truly thriving.

We are honored to introduce you to our Adopt-a-Family 2025 Recipient, Octivia Tensley, a devoted nurse who has faithfully served at our local VA for 20 years. Octivia has been raising her two grandchildren since they were infants, and now, with your help, she is one step closer to having a safe, stable Pepine Home of her own.

Every dollar raised moves Octivia and her family closer to their dream of moving into their Pepine Home by early 2026.

• 9:00am: Shotgun Start
• 1:00pm: Lunch, Scoring/Awards, Contest Winners Announced, Raffle Winners Announced

Your ticket includes golf, cart, range balls, lunch, two drink tickets, and a swag bag. A cash bar will be available.
