We’re making a

Difference

In the Greater Gainesville Area

Our team works hard to support and bring awareness to making housing more equitable in Alachua County. We are so grateful for the role you’ve played in pushing our mission forward.

Gainesville ranks as one of the least affordable cities in Florida.

The federal government states that housing is affordable if it costs no more than 30% of a household’s income. According to the Florida Housing Data Clearinghouse, in 2020, more than 11,500 Gainesville households spent over 50% of their income on housing costs, not including students. Furthermore, a 2021 report ranked Gainesville as the ninth least affordable midsize city in the United States.

Our goal is to build 10 houses with Habitat for Humanity by 12/31/32.

In September, thanks to events like our golf and pickleball tournaments, we were able to donate $50,000 and break ground on a new home for an at-risk family in partnership with Alachua Habitat for Humanity!

What if we all came together to support making housing more equitable in Alachua County? We can!

Giving Tuesday is a global day of giving – and Pepine Gives is participating. We’re humbly asking for your support. Will you help us?

Your support is essential and very much appreciated.
