ALL net proceeds from this year’s tournament will benefit Pepine Gives-the philantropic arm of Pepine Realty. As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit we are dedicated to making housing more equitable in Alachua County.
BUILDING DREAMS, ONE HOME AT A TIME
Our goal is to build 10 houses with Habitat for Humanity by 12/31/32. To do this, we’re partnering with Alachua Habitat for Humanity to create safe, stable homes for at-risk families in Alachua County.
Imagine if we all came together to support making housing more equitable in Alachua County.
We can make it happen!
Thanks to community support at events like this, we are working on breaking ground on our third home for an at-risk family in partnership with Alachua Habitat for Humanity!

Contests: Hole-in-One, Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin
Schedule:
- 7:30am: Registration Opens [Raffle Tickets & Mulligans Available For Purchase]
- 8:50am: Welcome & Announcements
- 9:00am: Shotgun Start
- 1:00pm: Lunch, Scoring/Awards, Contest Winners Announced, Raffle Winners Announced
Your ticket includes golf, cart, range balls, lunch, two drink tickets, and a swag bag. A cash bar will be available.
