Elizabeth McLaughlin has a passion for the nonprofit world and impacting communities at risk with sustainable solutions. Moving to Florida in 2018, she expanded the nonprofit she founded in Denver to support communities across Florida, Georgia, and Alabama.
After 27 years in Denver raising her daughters as a single mother, Elizabeth embraced Florida’s southern hospitality and the people committed to meaningful community change. She joins Pepine Gives with a mission to build generational impact through affordable housing and innovative community programming.
Elizabeth has 21 years of nonprofit and for-profit leadership experience including business development, grant writing, startups, public speaking, team building, and major fundraising campaigns across multiple sectors.
A charismatic C-level executive, Elizabeth has founded several companies including a BBQ & Soul Food restaurant that retailed over $1M in 10 months. She is also an author, keynote speaker, business mentor, and women’s life coach.
She holds a B.S. from Purdue University, ten years of graduate work at Denver Seminary, and is completing her Master of Divinity in Chaplaincy & Leadership at Ashland University. She is affiliated with FWAA, NWIAA, Ashland Seminary, and the Civil Air Patrol.
She enjoys traveling and spending time with her blue-nosed pit bull, Luxion, and her family worldwide.
