Who we are & what you’ll do

OPS is your event’s ground crew — the elite task force of setup ninjas, vibe-control agents, and takedown tacticians. We get gear in place, manage flow, solve problems, and keep things on time. From early setup to smooth wrap-up, we run the event like a runway — smooth takeoff, flawless landing.

What you'll do
  • Load and unload equipment, help set up course & tents
  • Support registration and directional/wayfinding
  • Help manage vendor setup and logistics
  • Assist with teardown and post-event inventory

Where do I show up on event day?
Event-day check-in location and meeting time will be included in your confirmation email. Arrive 30–60 minutes before your shift.
Do I need experience?
No. We’ll assign tasks based on comfort and capability. If you can follow direction, lift safely, and stay calm, you’ll do great.
Raffle entries and perks
Lead an OPS team = 2 raffle entries; each shift worked = 1 entry. Plus behind-the-scenes access and pride.
Can I change my role later?
Yes — email us at info@pepinegives.com and we’ll update your assignment.
Safety & parking
Parking instructions and safety notes included in your confirmation. PPE provided where needed. We follow safe-lift protocols.
