Pepine Gives proudly sponsors and builds homes for families, veterans, seniors, and individuals in need—partnering with trusted community organizations to make affordable housing a reality across Central North Florida.
Since 2018, Pepine Gives has successfully built or sponsored three homes in Alachua County through its ongoing partnership with Alachua Habitat for Humanity, directly contributing to greater housing stability and community resilience.
2025 Pepine Home Project
The 2025 Pepine Home will be constructed between June 2025 and February 2026, providing a safe, stable home for Octivia Tensley and her two grandchildren. This project represents the next step in our mission to help families transition from housing insecurity to homeownership — and ultimately, to lasting generational prosperity.
Funding the Dream: Annual Charity Events
To fund each $50,000 Home Sponsorship and Build, Pepine Gives hosts two annual charity events that bring together local businesses, community members, and advocates for affordable housing.
- 3rd Greater Gainesville Pickleball OPEN — $25,000 raised
- 3rd Annual Charity Golf Scramble — $20,000 committed
These events, combined with donations and community partnerships, make each Pepine Home possible — transforming lives, strengthening neighborhoods, and proving that together, we can build more than houses. We can build hope.
