Imagine a North Central Florida where no family has to choose between paying rent and putting food on the table. THE PATH PROGRAM is the first step in a bold, community-driven movement to rewrite that story — starting with our current family, the Tensleys.

This family includes Octivia Tensley, a grandmother who has served as a nurse for the VA for over 20 years, and her two grandchildren — one of whom is entering nursing school locally. Through your help, this family can move into the first safe, stable home they’ve ever had. The ripple effect of this moment will last for generations.

Your Partnership Drives Results

1. Home Sponsorship & Build:
In partnership with Alachua Habitat for Humanity, we sponsor two homes per year for ALICE households, providing affordable housing that attracts and retains a stable local workforce.

2. The Pepine New Start Program:
This wraparound initiative supports residents with:

- Career readiness & education
- Mental health & wellness care
- Furnishings & appliances
- Youth mentorship & leadership training
- Utility & relocation assistance

Together, this model drives economic mobility and community resilience.
